Deposit: A deposit of $300.00 per overnight guest is due upon registration. This will secure your spot. Before you make your reservation, be sure you read and understand our Terms and Conditions below.
Balance: Final balance of $295.00 is due no later than June 10, 2027. An invoice will be sent by email that will allow you to pay by credit card.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. This sum will be applied to the total price of the retreat. Reservations made after final balance date must include full payment.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing to Pacific Rim Quilt Company by the date indicated and must include a statement regarding the reason you are canceling.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Hold Harmless Agreement: By registering and paying your deposit, you agree to hold Pacific Rim Quilt Company harmless against injury, damages, or losses that might incur during the retreat. Pacific Rim Quilt Company is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the retreat.
